Ingredients :

1 cup quick oats

1/2 cup minced onion   

2 tablespoons hemp seeds   

2 tablespoons chopped parsley   

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro   

2 tablespoons brown rice flour   

1 tablespoon curry powder   

5 tomato slices   

Lettuce leaves

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger   

1/2 cup minced mushrooms   

1/2 cup red lentils; rinsed   

3/4 sweet potato; peeled and diced   

1 cup vegetable stock   

5 wheat buns   

Preparation:

1- Select the *Beans/Lentils* mode around the Power Pressure Cooker XL as well as set for 10 mins.   

2- Add the oil, ginger, onion and mushrooms on the heating pot and sauté for 5 minutes.   

3- Stir available, sweet potatoes and lentils.   

4- Secure the lid and turn pressure to have success knob for the closed position.   

5- Once done; release pressure to achieve success completely and take off of the lid.   

6- Allow the mixture to cool down the,then mesh it employing a potato masher.   

7- Now add the oats, all of the spices and brown rice flour for that mixture. Mix well.   

8- Use this mixture to produce 5 patties with wet hands.   

9- Arrange the patties on the greased baking sheet.   

10- Bake them for ten mins within an oven at 375o F.   

11- Now stuff the buns with baked patty, lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Serve warm.
