3/4 large yellow or white onions; chopped
1 1/2 ribs celery; chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
3/4 cup peas
1/4 cup carrots; diced
1/4 cup green onions
1/2 cup coconut milk
3/4 tablespoon garlic;chopped
1 1/2 cups water
1 lb. white potatoes; peeled and diced
Salt; to taste
1- Select the *Soup/Stew* mode regarding the Power Pressure Cooker XL and place for 10 mins.
2- Add the oil and each of the vegetables towards heating pot and sauté for 5 minutes.
3- Stir out of all remaining ingredients.
4- Secure the lid and turn pressure to achieve success knob around the closed position.
5- Once done; release the worries completely and take over lid. Garnish with dry herbs and serve warm.
