1/2 lb. carrots; peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 lb. potatoes; peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 garlic oil; minced
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup homemade tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 cup vegetable broth
1 large onion; cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup fresh cilantro; chopped
1- Select the *Beans/Lentils* mode around the Power Pressure Cooker XL and also set for ten mins.
2- Add the oil and many types with the vegetables on the heating pot and sauté for 5 minutes.
3- Stir within the remaining Ingredients except cilantro.
4- Secure the lid and turn the load knob on the closed position.
5- Once done; release pressure to have success completely and take off the lid.
6- Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve warm.
