1 cup whipped cream
1 lb. sponge cake; sliced
Fresh fruits; sliced
4 cups milk
1 cup homemade fruit jelly
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1- Beat the eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, vanilla flavoring and salt in a very bowl.
2- Transfer a mix which has a 6-inch steel pan.
3- Select the *Meat/Chicken* mode for the Power Pressure Cooker XL and hang up for 7 minutes.
4- Add 2 cups of water on the heating pot and also set the trivet inside.
5- Place the pan within the trivet.
6- Secure the lid and turn pressure knob for the closed position.
7- Once done; release pressure completely and eliminate the lid.
8- Layer each serving bowl with a cake slice, prepared custard, fruits and cream.
9- Top the bowls with jelly and refrigerate 3 hours. Serve the chilled custard inside the bowls.
