 Soy milk

 4 oz. Coconut shavings

 1 tsp. Xylitol, to taste


◈ Place the tofu in a blender with a sufficient amount of soy milk, mix smoothly.

◈ Add sugar substitute and coconut chips to the protein mass, mix gently.

◈ Heat oven to 356 °F. ◈ Form small balls.

◈ Put the coconut balls on a baking sheet.

◈ Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
