Ingredients :

4 tablespoons sugar   

2 tablespoons water   

1 medium apple thinly sliced   

6 eggs   

4 cups milk

¾ cup sugar   

1 teaspoon vanilla flavor   

1 pinch sea salt   

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon   

Preparation:  

1- Beat the eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, vanilla flavoring and salt in a very bowl.   

2- Transfer a combination on the 6-inch baking pan.   

3- Select the *Meat/Chicken* mode across the Power Pressure Cooker XL and also set for 9 minutes.   

4- Add 2 servings of water to the heating pot in addition to set the trivet inside.   

5- Place the pan around the trivet.   

6- Secure the lid and turn pressure knob for the closed position.   

7- Once done; release the strain completely and take away the lid.   

8- Transfer the custard towards the serving bowl and cover the very best with apple slices.
